Where are extensions?

iPad Air, no other apps running.
Have not been able to complete a game yet - three tries, three crashes.

[edit] since those three initial crashes, I have had zero problems. As for online play, its okay but needs configurable time limits and notifications support. I have no idea what some other posters are talking about when that complain about incorrect implementation of some rules. They are perfect, except that 74 cards are used in two-player games when it should be 72.
